Qualifications

• No degree and 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Essential competencies include attention to detail, prioritization, communication, teamwork, independent work, and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete regulatory documentation with IRB and sponsor as required.
• Create study trackers and organization tools.
• Verify patient eligibility.
• Develop data collection instruments and assist with regulatory tasks.
• Data entry and source documentation maintenance.
• Coordinate orders and study drug administration with the clinical team.
• Support patient visits, tests and assessments.
• Act as liaison between protocol and clinic staff, pharmacy, and participants.
• Assist with billing verification and patient consent.
