Job summary

EVERSANA seeks a Medical Science Liaison/Senior MSL for Oncology in the Lone Star region. This field-based role requires deep scientific expertise in GU Oncology, especially non-muscle invasive bladder cancer, and the ability to engage healthcare professionals in compliant scientific exchange.

You will build long-term scientific relationships, support advisory boards and research initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining medical independence and regulatory

Qualifications

• Terminal degree or advanced clinical degree required.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret and present complex scientific data to varied healthcare audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field medical/scientific contact within assigned geography.
• Maintain current clinical/scientific expertise in GU Oncology and NMIBC.
• Engage in compliant, non-promotional scientific exchange with external experts.
• Develop and execute territory/expert engagement plans and relationships.
• Understand clinical protocols, trial outcomes, and evolving evidence base.
• Provide medical input/training to internal teams and support advisory boards and congress activities.
