Amiculum is seeking a scientific editorial lead based in the USA to guide oncology publications. You will direct scientific strategy, ensure quality, and mentor a growing team across multiple channels for a global publications account.

You will partner with clients and the commercial lead to align scientific narrative with brand objectives, manage budgets and schedules, and drive high-impact capsules, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.

Formación

• Strong academic background in life sciences.
• Extensive medical communications experience leading publications accounts.
• Proven leadership in shaping scientific stories and reviewing content.
• Senior scientific partner to clients with evidence-based recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific leadership for oncology publications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Shape briefs and strategically input on complex deliverables like abstracts and manuscripts.
• Review and mentor writers for scientific accuracy and storytelling.
• Lead and guide the scientific team with clear direction and feedback.
• Serve as primary scientific contact for clients, aligning objectives with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with the commercial lead on performance, resourcing, and planning.
• Monitor resources and budget to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and share best practices.
