Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school with at least 2 years of clinical research experience.
• Board certification or oncology residency training preferred.
• 3+ years of drug development experience in pharma or academia, preferably early-stage trials.
• Experience designing, monitoring, and interpreting clinical trials and collaborating with sponsors.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; able to lead in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to early oncology development strategy and trial design.
• Prepare clinical development plans, study protocols, and regulatory submissions.
• Review safety, efficacy, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacokinetic data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Precision Medicine, Regulatory, Safety, and Commercial.
• Evaluate external licensing opportunities and partnerships in oncology.
