Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical research experience with direct patient-facing responsibilities.
• Experience running multiple oncology or complex drug trials.
• Proven ability to train and mentor staff in a clinical research setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a multitude of oncology clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a primary patient-facing coordinator for approximately 75% of the role, including recruitment, consent, and ongoing patient support.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to support project management activities, track study progress, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate study documentation using CRF, source documents, and regulatory files across platforms.
• Support scheduling, study procedures, and coordination with clinical and office staff.
• Work with oncology researchers and physicians to ensure proper execution of interventions and safety monitoring.
• Mentor incoming staff, providing guidance on procedures and best practices in clinical research.
• Assist in patient recruitment strategies and screening activities for oncology trials.
• Contribute to process improvement to enhance efficiency and data quality in trials.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support trial execution.
