Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; travel ~60%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sites ensuring adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits, resolve issues, and support trial execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.
