Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree.
• Current Oncology experience required; CAR-T experience desired.
• Fluent in written and verbal English; Midwest residency preferred; willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical projects.
• Conduct study start-up activities, training sites, and data collection support; monitor and report safety events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, site management, and TMF-related tasks; coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel regionally to sites as needed and support project delivery.
