Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support sites across the Midwest and Central Regions. You will manage research activities, train sites, collect regulatory documents, and assist with contracts and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years of CRA experience, Oncology expertise, a 4-year degree or nursing degree, and willingness to travel regionally. You will work with site teams and report to a Line Manager, with clear career paths and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
• Typically involved in all stages of the clinical study, including identifying potential sites, start-up activities, contracts/budgets, training sites, data collection, and safety reporting.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and ensure regulatory compliance and site management, with remote work where applicable.
