Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited four-year college.
• State of Hawai‘i RN license required.
• CITI Human Subject training within three months of hire.
• Current BLS CPR Certification.
• Four years of RN oncology or oncology clinical trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee education and conduct oncology clinical trials with ethical standards.
• Coordinate patient screening, enrollment, visits, and follow-ups.
• Enter data into OnCore or other data capture systems promptly.
• Monitor patient safety and report adverse events per guidelines.
• Mentor staff, support community partner engagement, and assist audits.
