Job summary

OHC is seeking a Clinical Research Manager to oversee clinical research operations across the practice, ensuring alignment with SOPs and regulatory requirements. The role leads staff development and coordinates with SRL, physicians, and management to improve research quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration to advance clinical trials and compliance within a fast-paced oncology research environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a clinical or scientific related discipline required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical research staff in accordance with USOR SOP and ICH GCP; coordinates activities across departments.
• Coaches and develops staff; handles recruitment, interviewing, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborates to develop research accountability standards, metrics, reports, and improvement plans.
• Coordinates study selection in collaboration with SRL, physicians, and management.
• Assists in development of budgets, financial objectives, and accrual targets.
• May promote or market research program to the practice, community and referring physicians.
• May coordinate research activities with other bases or sponsors.
