What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of analytics solutions using Power BI and other Microsoft technologies
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven solution proposals
- Maintain and evolve robust data pipelines using Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, and Excel-based lookup tables
- Develop and maintain SQL-based semantic models for scalable and reusable analytics solutions
- Contribute to innovation efforts by identifying opportunities to incorporate automation and AI-enhanced features into analytics workflows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics or business intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, MIS, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Azure Databricks
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and semantic model development
- Strong understanding of oncology data, including EHR and pharmacy systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Python for data transformation and automation
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for documentation and agile project tracking
- Understanding of data governance and protection standards
