The Senior Oncology Account Specialist (SOAS) will have responsibilities including promoting Pfizer’s product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists, educating the healthcare community on Pfizer products, and calling on accounts and organized customers to improve patient experiences and care quality. The SOAS plays a critical role in enhancing Pfizer’s brand among high-value target customers by assessing account and business landscapes and understanding Pfizer’s products and resources.

Work Environment & Compensation
Remote, field-based role with occasional work during conferences. Salary ranges from $101,500 to $245,400, plus sales incentives. Benefits include 401(k), paid leave, health coverage, and more. Location-specific compensation applies.
Additional Information
Work may include weekend conferences. Relocation assistance may be available. Pfizer reports payments to healthcare providers under the Sunshine Act, and employment is contingent upon legal and regulatory compliance.
