Become a part of our caring community The Senior Onboarding Professional will lead and improve the company's onboarding experience, ensuring new hires, hiring managers, and key partners have a smooth, compliant, and engaging experience from offer acceptance through successful integration into the organization. This role will create and maintain onboarding standards, governance practices, and long-term strategies that drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all areas of the business. A key responsibility of this role is leading enterprise-wide process improvement efforts to simplify onboarding, remove barriers, and improve outcomes for new hires and stakeholders. The Senior Onboarding Professional will work closely with HR, Information Technology, Learning, Compliance, and operational teams to redesign processes, identify technology improvements, and implement solutions that increase efficiency, visibility, and the overall user experience. This role will also provide strategic guidance on onboarding and workforce experience trends, build business cases for change, and partner with leaders to ensure onboarding programs support organizational goals and deliver measurable results.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $78,400 - $107,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
