Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is hiring an On-Site Program/Company Manager at Camp Lejeune, NC to lead a large, multi-site logistics and sustainment workforce supporting a Marine SOF command. This senior on-site role is the primary customer interface and contract performance leader.

You will supervise site leads, ensure quality, track the schedule, and manage transitions-in and full-rate performance while maintaining rigorous security compliance and reporting to the client.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program/contract management, including multi-site services contracts.
• Demonstrated leadership of a large workforce (80+ people).
• Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site leader and primary customer point of contact.
• Manage overall contract performance, staffing, and quality across all sites.
• Ensure compliance with the performance work statement, quality plan, and schedule.
• Lead transition-in and full-rate performance; resolve performance issues.
• Provide reporting, serve as escalation POC, and oversee site leads.
