People Technology And Processes is seeking an On-Site Program/Company Manager at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Qualifications

• 12+ years of program/contract management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of a large workforce (80+ persons).
• Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site leader and primary customer point of contact.
• Manage overall contract performance, staffing, and quality across all sites.
• Ensure compliance with performance work statement, quality plan, and schedule.
• Lead transition-in and full-rate performance; resolve performance issues.
• Provide reporting, serve as escalation POC, and oversee site leads.
