Qualifications

• Bachelor's + 12+ years of IT/mobile dev exp (18 years in lieu of degree).
• Experience with Legacy System Integration and API development.
• Experience with Version Control, CloudServices, CI/CD and Testing/Debugging.
• Experience with cross‑platform development.
• Experience with UI/UX design integration.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (contract requirement).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native iOS and Android apps using Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, and React Native.
• Integrate mobile apps with COBOL/Java backends via REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design API gateways for legacy systems.
• Build reusable, clean, modular code for cross‑platform mobile apps.
• Work with UI/UX teams to implement responsive, intuitive designs.
• Ensure security, performance, and compliance across mobile apps.
