Job summary

At Elysian Build we’re hiring a seasoned Foreman to drive on-site excellence, safely delivering high-quality luxury residences. You will lead the carpentry team and coordinate between field operations and project management to keep timelines and budgets on track.

You’ll mentor crews, enforce safety, supervise workflows from mobilization to punch list, and communicate clearly with clients, designers, and trades to uphold craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction with supervisory experience.
• Experience building high-end custom homes.
• High level of carpentry knowledge; hands-on contribution expected.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30 preferred.
• Fluency in blueprint and plan interpretation.
• Ability to lead on-site carpentry teams and install complex assemblies.
• Physically capable of lifting 40+ lbs and working at heights.
• First Aid/CPR trained.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus or additional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Leading on-site operations from mobilization to final punch list.
• Coordinating trades, managing workflow, ensuring clear field-office communication.
• Reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Ensuring jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
• Problem-solving in real time with a calm, solutions-driven approach.
• Guiding and mentoring carpenters, apprentices, and laborers.
• Communicating effectively with clients, designers, and consultants.
