The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of handyman experience and strong skills in drywall, carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing. Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, with additional performance bonuses. This on-site position offers a company vehicle after 60 days and a Monday to Friday work schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman or home repair experience.
• Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, minor electrical, and plumbing.
• Compatible with lifting 50+ lbs and comfortable on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential handyman services: drywall, carpentry, door repair, light electrical, and plumbing.
• Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently and correctly.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners on-site.
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean job site.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
