Job summary

Three Wire Systems is seeking an On-Site Counselor Supervisor to lead the daily clinical policies and supervise staff and affiliate counselors for a Department of Defense Employee Assistance Program. The role supports DoD personnel worldwide and requires 24/7 availability and coordination with Government partners.

The candidate must have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field, 5+ years of post-degree clinical experience, and an active state license or equivalent

Qualifications

• Requires five (5) years of clinical experience after graduate degree.
• Must have current state license or certification to practice as a mental health practitioner.
• Experience in a complex labor-management environment and understanding of labor relations.
• Direct clinical supervisory experience or substantial supervised EAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical policies, procedures, and practice of staff and affiliate counselors.
• Coordinate communication between staff, affiliate counselors, and the Government.
• Serve as the qualified Clinical Supervisor for On-site Counselors.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation 24/7 as required by the contract.
• Review and comment on critical incidents with timely follow-up to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
