Qualifications

• Experience with higher education, K-12 and healthcare projects.
• Some college with drafting/surveying/CAD is a plus.
• OSHA 30 preferred, First Aid/CPR/AED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities for a single project daily.
• Oversee safety programs and reporting.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and deliveries.
• Maintain job cost records and proper cost centers.
• Review shop drawings and field dimensions.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Attend jobsite meetings and manage punch lists.
