Qualifications

• At least 6 years of applicable commercial construction management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with construction software platforms.
• Must have CPR and first aid certifications and OSHA 10 training.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget and client/subcontractor relationships.
• Develop project schedule and assess project risk.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly project reviews.
