Job summary

Salas O’Brien is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site field execution for secure, high-hazard federal facility programs, from mobilization to substantial completion. You will direct field activities, coordinate security requirements, and collaborate with safety, quality, and ESDC teams.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in complex industrial furlowed projects, knowledge of ICD 705 and IBC H‑2, and are US Citizens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of construction management experience on secure, high-hazard or federal programs.
• Direct field experience with fixed-price design-build on complex projects.
• Working knowledge of ICD 705 security construction requirements, IBC H-2, and DOE/NNSA standards.
• Experience coordinating activities in security-controlled environments and with safety/quality functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site execution for secure, high-hazard facilities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialty trades, review submittals, track progress.
