Ashton Woods is seeking a Construction Manager II to oversee on-site construction in Florida communities. You will manage trade partners, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and uphold safety and quality across all build stages.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in construction management, 3–5 years in residential construction, and a track record of leading teams in fast-paced environments to deliver high-quality homes on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• 3–5 years of residential construction experience, preferably with a high-volume homebuilder.
• Strong work ethic, sound decision-making and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Company representative at assigned construction sites, overseeing all aspects of the construction process and trade partners performance.
• Manage construction activities to ensure delivery of quality homes on time and within approved budgets.
• Monitor production levels and staffing to align with divisional delivery and closing targets.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to established schedules and safety requirements.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental laws and company policies.
