Job summary

You’ll oversee subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of full-cycle construction management, knowledge of building codes, and a valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 6+ years managing the entire construction process.
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
• Capable of managing one large community or several smaller ones.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
