Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking an on-site construction supervisor to lead subcontractor activities, manage budgets, and monitor progress from groundbreaking to closeout. You will ensure adherence to codes and quality standards while maintaining strong safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in construction management, knowledge of building codes, scheduling methods, and a valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
