• AS Degree, BS preferred in engineering, or technical equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in automotive/heavy duty or scientific field.
• 7 or more years of experience in research and development.
• Experience with engine coolants/heat transfer fluids.
• Strong mechanical and electrical vehicle knowledge/experience for both ICE and EV vehicles.
• Knowledge of Mechanical/Laboratory safety practices.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data documentation.
