Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or SRE.
• Experience designing Kubernetes-based deployment solutions in enterprise on-prem environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infra management.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Kubernetes-based, HA solutions for on-prem software.
• Develop and maintain a Kubernetes operator for installations and upgrades.
• Create an operational console and tools for installation, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Implement multi-stage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and DevOps tech.
• Coordinate six-week release cycles with development and stabilization phases.
• Write Python and Rust code across operators, tools, and APIs.
• Develop internal tooling and APIs to support integration testing.
• Document deployment best practices and troubleshooting steps.
• Resolve on-prem deployment issues and work with Customer Success and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and automation.
