• Develop and operationalize omnichannel strategies across animal health businesses.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences across touchpoints.
• Design, coordinate and optimize journeys across marketing, sales, and digital.
• Translate brand strategies into actionable omnichannel plans with data.
• Explore new engagement models and channels with measurable outcomes.
• Lead pilots, define objectives and success metrics for learnings.
