Simpli.fi is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Media Trader to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. You will build, manage, optimize, and report on Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and DV360 campaigns to meet client goals.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a detail-oriented approach. We offer hybrid work options, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical or technical field preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns within Google advertising platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with web debugging tools (e.g., Developer Tools) and conversion tracking technologies.
• SQL is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Google SEM, PMAX, YouTube, and DV360 campaigns from setup to daily optimization.
• Develop and implement campaign strategies with keyword analysis and bid strategy optimization.
• Reinforce best practices for SEM, PMAX, YouTube, and DV360 campaign management.
• Ensure campaigns are structured and optimized for success across platforms.
• Troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixel implementations, and platform issues.
• Provide feedback on tools/workflows for multi-channel management and QA new integrations.
