A nationally awarded law firm is looking for a seasoned Systems Engineer who can serve as their SME for Okta internally. This is a full-time, fully remote position within a new internal team.

You will act as the Manager of IT’s right-hand and assist with operations-focused infrastructure projects.

They seek someone with a strong background in Okta, Windows 10/11 environments, automation with PowerShell, and SQL Server scripting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Infrastructure Engineer
• Expertise in Okta and experience training others in its usage
• Strong background in Windows 10/11 Systems
• Automation expertise with PowerShell scripts
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server
• Prior leadership experience or experience as a sole contributor

Desired Skills & Experience

• Mentorship of staff on operational technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage ticket escalations and SLAs
• Development experience as a Software Engineer (SWE)
• Intune or EntraID device management expertise
