Job summary

KPMG LLP's Advisory Technology Organization is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Okta Identity Governance engineering team in California. You will implement and optimize Okta Identity Governance solutions, onboard applications, manage identity lifecycles, and collaborate with security, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver client solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience including Okta or related platforms
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS preferred; or high school diploma/GED plus 5 years of Okta or related experience
• Experience supporting Okta Identity Governance implementations including onboarding, lifecycle management, reviews, entitlements, workflows, and IAM integrations
• Understanding of identity governance, access controls, and regulatory requirements in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to contribute to technical workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Support Okta Identity Governance implementations including onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization
• Configure and maintain Okta Identity Governance solutions including lifecycle management, access reviews, entitlements, policies, workflows, and integrations
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve onboarding challenges, and support identity governance activities
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements
• Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, procedures, and leading practices
• Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG's work environment
