Job summary

IBM is seeking a highly experienced Okta Architect to design and execute end-to-end identity migrations at massive scale. You will lead multi-cloud integrations and manage complex federated authentication using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and WS-Federation.

Key responsibilities include delivering 8-10 million user migrations, leveraging Okta Identity Engine, Identity Governance, Workflows, and APIs, and translating security requirements into business outcomes. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT/software development.
• 5+ years designing and implementing Okta solutions in large-scale environments.
• Proven experience architecting end-to-end Okta/identity migrations (8-10 million users).
• Strong understanding of identity federation and protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, WS-Federation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration design for 8-10 million users.
• Architect and implement Okta solutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Translate complex identity and security requirements into clear business outcomes.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to ensure successful migrations and stabilization.
