Job summary

Mi-Tech Services Inc. seeks an Oli and Gas Pipeline Engineer to design, analyze, and ensure the integrity of piping systems for oil, gas, and water conveyance. The role develops efficient layouts, performs hydraulic analyses, and reviews P&IDs and isometrics to meet industry standards.

The position requires a PE license, 5+ years of experience in oil/gas or water piping design, and proficiency in CAD tools; travel for meetings and site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with oil/gas or water piping design.
• PE license.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3 and API codes.
• Ability to read P&IDs and isometrics.
• Proficient in MS Office; CAD tools knowledge.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and ensure integrity of piping systems for oil, gas, and water conveyance.
• Develop efficient piping layouts and perform hydraulic and stress analyses.
• Review P&IDs and isometric drawings; ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM, and water industry standards.
• Support fabrication, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting for flow, pressure, vibration, and corrosion issues.
