Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks a Sr. Engineer - Oil & Gas to work with clients on a range of projects involving refined petroleum products, crude oil, and natural gas pipelines.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with disciplines, and provide technical leadership within a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical or Petroleum engineering degree, 5–15 years of experience, and strong PM skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Petroleum Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum.
• 5-15 years of experience in an engineering technical role in oil, natural gas, or similar industry.
• Minimum of 3 years performing project work as a project manager with knowledge of PM tools and best practices.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management on various project sizes for gas and liquid clients.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with support groups to deliver quality, on-time, and financially successful outcomes.
• Provide technical support as part of an engineering team on large/complex projects as needed.
• Develop projects from concept through final design with technical input.
• Lead or support proposal efforts with multiple disciplines and subcontractors.
