Ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of progressive legal experience in upstream oil & gas, in-house or firm, and must hold a Texas license in good standing.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas law license in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and draft upstream land and commercial agreements (leases, deeds, assignments, surface, ROW, joint operating, farmout, confidentiality, P&SA).
• Advise on legal and contractual risks for onshore operations and compliance.
