Job summary
Design Solutions and Integration is a Midland, TX-based, employee-owned company delivering automation, electrical, and mechanical services to major energy partners. We seek Senior System Integrators with oil field experience for 8 days on, 6 days off rotations, 10-hour days, across Permian Basin sites.
Travel between field locations is required. Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s degree or higher in Instrumentation/Automation/Controls, 4+ years of oil field automation, and strong
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Instrumentation/Automation/Controls type program.
- Four years’ oil field automation experience with PLC, HMI, and instrumentation.
- Able to read blueprints and PID drawings; pass follicle drug test if required.
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite startup, service, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Onsite PLC/HMI/ROC/Flow troubleshooting and programming.
- Onsite instrument and SCADA point-to-point mapping and verification.
- Provide field support across Permian Basin locations in TX/NM; drive between sites.
