This full-time, fully remote position is ideal for attorneys with a strong background in title examination and experience managing legal teams and projects. The role offers meaningful responsibility in the preparation and review of oil and gas title opinions, with an emphasis on leadership, quality, and collaboration.

Location:

Duties:

Prepare original oil and gas title opinions

Review and approve title opinions drafted by junior attorneys

Oversee projects and manage teams of attorneys and legal professionals

Provide training and mentorship to attorneys and/or paralegals

Maintain high-quality standards in document preparation and legal analysis

Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure effective project execution

Requirements:

Active license to practice law in the State of Texas

Minimum 4 years of experience managing attorneys and overseeing title opinion projects

Deep understanding of oil and gas title examination practices

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver timely, accurate legal work

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, positive attitude, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas
