Morrison Energy Group, LLC, seeks a Project Engineering Specialist to lead engineering and technical delivery for offshore projects, translating client needs into safe, constructible work scopes and executable offshore plans.

The role demands deepwater offshore project experience, multidisciplinary coordination, and strong governance and documentation control to guide tender through mobilization, offshore execution, and decommissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• Deepwater offshore project experience is required.
• Progressive project engineering or engineering-management experience in offshore construction, subsea, marine, diving, IRM, intervention, heavy lift, installation, or decommissioning work.
• Demonstrated experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering packages and offshore execution documentation from tender through closeout.
• Experience coordinating calculations, drawings, procedures, temporary works, interfaces, vendors, fabrication, testing, mobilization, and offshore technical support.

Responsibilities

• Establish the project engineering strategy, execution plan, design basis, deliverable register, review cycle, and technical approval requirements.
• Define engineering scope, responsibilities, interfaces, verification requirements, and use of internal or third‑party resources.
• Ensure engineering deliverables are fit for purpose, independently checked, approved, and issued under document control.
• Lead technical clarification of client scope, specifications, drawings, data, interfaces, and acceptance criteria before execution commitments.
• Develop project execution plans, work breakdown structures, engineering schedules, deliverable lists, procurement requirements, and mobilization scopes.
• Coordinate with operations, vessel teams, and client representatives to ensure readiness and engineering risk reviews.
