Job summary

Actylis, a global solutions provider, seeks a Scaleup and Pilot Plant specialist to manage tech transfer of NPD projects to the kilo lab and pilot scale, including PFD and P&ID development at third parties as needed.

You will drive batch planning, equipment handling, and data transfer into SAP, while ensuring GMP compliance and safe, efficient operations within the production environment. 2–4 years of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in scaleup, pilot plant, or tech transfer.
• GMP compliance and calibration experience preferred.
• SAP data handling and documentation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BMR formats for new product master cards.
• Ensure safety precautions in production tasks.
• Ensure timely calibration of production instruments.
• Raise all production department resource requirements to the Manager – Pilot Plant.
• Generate engineering data from scaleup lab to reduce risk at commercial scale.
• Batch planning and execution per production plan.

Position Summary

The selected candidate shall be responsible for all Scaleup, Pilot Plant, technology absorbance activities & transfer of NPD projects to Kilo lab, Pilot scale as well as commercial and deliverables. If a required team will design the equipment mapping, PFD, P & ID activities at third party as per project needs.

Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible to prepare BMR format for new product master card receive.
• Ensure all necessary safety precautions while performing tasks of production department.
• Ensure timely calibration of all production instruments.
• Raise all kind of production departments’ resource requirement to Manager – Pilot Plant
• Generate the Engineering data from scaleup lab to minimize the risk failure at the commercial scale.
• Batch Planning and Execution as per production plan.
• Responsible for creating work environment of “teamwork “in pilot plant.
• Implement measures for improving department efficiency.
• Maintain all documents as per GMP compliance.
• Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
• Follow all the SOPs of the department.
• To provide training to workers and employees
• Raw material and packing material management as per requirement of production plan.
• Ensuring BMR data filled properly by team and preparation of TI on daily basis; after that submit it to QC team.
• Responsible to feed all required BMR data into SAP

Responsibility Towards EHS

• Comply with applicable environmental ,health and safety laws and regulations, company policy and accepted safe work practices.
• Be familiar with the emergency plan, the emergency assembly area and emergency coordinators for their building and participate in emergency bills.
• Learn about potential hazards associated with their work and work area, know where information on these hazards is kept for their review, and use this information when needed.
• Follow safe operating procedures and Material Safety Data (MSDS) guidance applicable to work performed if the work involves hazardous materials.
• Use personal protective equipment and engineering controls appropriate to their work.
• Report all unsafe conditions to their supervisor or safety committee as soon as is reasonably possible.
• Participate in health and safety training applicable to their work situation.
• Participate in required inspection and monitoring programs.
