Almstead Tree & Shrub Care Company in New Rochelle, NY seeks an Executive Office Manager to run the New Rochelle office and support a high-volume sales team.

You will train and supervise administrative staff, create client proposals with the sales arborists, handle inquiries, and schedule meetings. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits, 401K, paid time off, and potential for career growth within the family-owned firm.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' experience in office management supervising 5+ staff.
• Proven ability to create proposals, reports and presentations.
• Experience handling high-volume clientele and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience with inbound/outbound phone work.
• Experience in arboriculture or landscaping is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Train and supervise administrative staff.

• Manage communications, schedule meetings, and handle AR follow-up.
• Oversee payroll data gathering and monthly invoicing.
• Coordinate daily operations between CEO and staff.
