Almstead Tree and Shrub Care is seeking an Executive Office Manager to oversee the New Rochelle office and provide administrative support to a high-volume sales team. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating proposals with arborists, managing communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in office management, experience with proposals and reports, and a proven track record in high-volume client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in office management supervising 5+ staff.
• Service industry experience preferred.
• Experience creating proposals, reports and presentations.
• Experience with high-volume clientele and exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Train and supervise administrative staff.
• Create detailed client proposals with sales arborists.
• Handle inquiries, emails, and schedule meetings.
• Heavy phone work including outbound calls and lead generation.
• Coordinate accounts receivable follow-up and collections.
• Prepare monthly invoicing and budgets for select commercial, municipal, and educational clients.
• Maintain office supply inventory and oversee purchasing.
• Act as main contact between ownership and administrative staff.
