Hill International is hiring a Sr. Office Engineer Manager in Valencia, California.

The role focuses on coordinating project activities, reporting, and interfacing with staff, clients, and Caltrans Oversight to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in similar roles, strong communication skills, and experience with highway construction and project management software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Unifier.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with highway construction highly preferred.
• Proven track record of effective communication within team and with stakeholders.
• Experienced user of relevant software and tools.
• Computer literate with deep experience in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to teach staff in Office use.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison between internal departments and Project Manager for grant funding reporting and program management reporting.
• Facilitate task orders, change orders, requisitions, and other matters via Primavera Unifier.
• Coordinate, manage, and prioritize Project Manager duties, executive meetings, and board reporting.
• Coordinate interactions with field staff and with Caltrans Oversight Engineer for timely responses.
• Utilize Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Unifier, and MS Office to support all functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
