CVS Health is seeking a Principal Engineer within Offensive Operations to own and evolve the organization's red team tooling and techniques. You will work hands-on as a player/coach, leading complex adversary emulation and mentoring operators to ensure high-quality, repeatable outcomes across enterprise and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience.
• 7+ years in offensive operations and tactics.
• 5+ years building or using offensive tooling in real environments.
• 3+ years leading complex technical engagements.
• 3+ years in one or more programming languages (Python, C/C++, C#, PowerShell, Golang).
• 3+ years in technical writing and post-engagement debriefs.

• Promote best practices for tooling design, automation and standards.
• Drive complex adversary emulation and red team engagements.
• Design advanced testing scenarios across enterprise and cloud.
