Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in penetration testing, red team operations, offensive security, or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in offensive security concepts, methodologies, and adversary simulation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and execute sophisticated offensive security engagements including red team, pentest, and web app testing.
• Translate findings into remediation strategies and business-ready recommendations.
• Communicate results through reports, briefings, and executive-level discussions.
• Develop scripts, tools, and methods to improve offensive security operations.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to training content and programs.
