The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Offensive Cybersecurity Engineer (DMTS) to assess hardware and software for vulnerabilities and to develop software to exploit and alter behavior as needed.

You will work with cross-disciplinary teams to defeat modern defensive security techniques in both hardware and software. requires a bachelor’s in CS or CE and 15+ years of cybersecurity experience, with the ability to obtain a government clearance (Secret preferred).

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's in CS, CE, or related field.
• 15+ years experience in Cybersecurity or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance (Secret preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess hardware and software for security vulnerabilities using a breadth of technologies.
• Develop software that meets security requirements for tailored applications.
• Create new tools to detect and exploit vulnerabilities and system weaknesses.
• Document nominal functionality and implemented changes.
• Independently drive complex, multidisciplinary solutions aligned with customer priorities.
• Contribute to advancing SOA solutions and techniques in the field.
