Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Jr. Subject Matter Expert in Offensive Cyber Operations. The role supports translating operational requirements into technical implementations and bridges mission needs with software development. It requires a TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

citizenship. The work spans interactive, sustained, automated, and identity operations in national and defense contexts. The position offers location options in the National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX, and a full-time schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution).
• Strong understanding of OCO workflows and mission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational context for feature development
• Translate Operational Needs (ONs) into technical requirements
• Support workflow design and validation
• Participate in user acceptance testing
• Assist with training material development
• Provide feedback on UI/UX designs from operational perspective
• Support demonstration and testing activities
• Contribute to user documentation and guides
• Participate in backlog refinement with operational insights
• Support transition and deployment activities
