Job summary

Pathward Financial, Inc. is seeking an OFAC Sanctions Screening Analyst II to lead complex alert investigations and escalations. You will review matches against SDN, Consolidated Sanctions, and Sectoral lists, and determine actions with senior management support.

You will mentor junior analysts, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with operations, risk, and compliance teams in a hybrid workplace that combines remote and onsite work at select locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• 3+ years of OFAC sanctions compliance or screening operations.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• CAMS or CGSS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escalation review and complex case resolution for OFAC alerts.
• Monitor OFAC list updates and rescreen customer activity.
• Coordinate with BSA, senior management and operations on actions.
• Provide guidance to junior Analysts and ensure quality documentation.
