Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Investment Specialist in Dallas to lead the Outsourced Chief Investment Office for nonprofits and endowments. You will drive client acquisition, asset growth, and regional expansion by partnering with local advisors and internal teams.

You will deliver customized asset allocation, governance frameworks, and portfolio construction while communicating strategy and results to boards and committees. Strong senior advisory skills and licenses are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in OCIO or related investment roles.
• Experience advising nonprofits, endowments, and foundations.
• Proven ability to develop asset allocation policies and governance frameworks.
• Licenses: Series 7 and 66; CFA/CAIA preferred for senior scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new business and regional expansion with advisors.
• Lead client reviews, portfolio positioning, and performance discussions.
• Build pipeline and assets under management through targeted activities.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain high client service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver OCIO platform.
