JPMorganChase is seeking a senior Investment Specialist within the Outsourced Chief Investment Office to deliver customized investment advice and solutions for endowments, foundations and nonprofits.

Based in the Dallas region, you will drive client acquisition and AUM growth by engaging with advisors, leading investment dialogue, and coordinating across teams to implement OCIO platforms and governance frameworks for sophisticated nonprofit clients.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in OCIO, investment management, or closely related roles.
• Strong cross-asset class knowledge across equities, fixed income, alternatives, real assets.
• Experience advising endowments, foundations, and nonprofit boards.
• Experience developing asset allocation policies and governance frameworks.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required; additional designations may be needed.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or CFA/CAIA preferred.

• Support new business development and regional expansion with advisor engagement.
• Drive new business via events, campaigns, roadshows, RFPs, pitches.
• Grow pipeline and assets under management with senior management input.
• Lead ongoing client relationships and investment dialogue with boards.
• Conduct investment reviews to validate objectives and performance.
• Develop customized investment plans and holistic asset allocations.
• Share best practices on policy, governance, and portfolio construction.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally.
