Job summary

BridgeFlair LLC seeks a senior IAM consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise identity and cloud security solutions in the United States. The role emphasizes hands-on OCI IAM with federation, least-privilege, and SSO, plus integration with AD/Entra and other directories.

The candidate will lead complex IAM programs across public and private sectors, drive architecture decisions, and ensure high availability and secure cloud deployments using OCI and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, implementing and supporting enterprise IAM and cloud security.
• Hands-on OCI IAM expertise including identity domains, federation and least-privilege.
• Experience leading complex IAM programs across public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, implementation, and integration of enterprise IAM solutions.
• design and enforce IAM policies, SSO, and identity provisioning workflows.
• coordinate with security, infrastructure, and application teams on IAM initiatives.
• support high-availability and multi-data-center deployments in OCI.
